Lucky Cat is opening a brand new location in South Los Angeles — a beautiful art deco building with a total of 50,000 SF that we’re turning into a huge artist complex!
There’s a row of six “garages” that are available for you to grab now.
Each garage is approximately 290SF -- 24 feet deep, around 12 feet wide, and a glorious 15 feet tall. Each one has a roll door that opens directly into the parking lot. You can take one, or combine two into a 580SF space. At $650 each, these are a steal. I have a feeling they'll disappear fast.
These are perfect for carpenters, welders, and anyone else working with dusty or messy materials. It’s also a really rare opportunity for someone working on a vehicle like a van conversion or art car (for personal use — we can’t host a public car/motorcycle repair shop, unfortunately). Prop houses, art departments, furniture designers, sculptors, fabric/fashion folks, and any other makers pushing the boundaries of their craft in a creative way are welcome, too!
